Design and simulation of an artificial vision sorting machine and cocoa pulping machine

This research project is focused on the design of an agricultural machine that allows to pulp cocoa beans quickly and optimally by means artificial vision system classify obtain mentioned product in a shorter production time with optimal quality. Cocoa has been placed third place after sugar coffee, this due growing demand for chocolate, which one most consumed derivatives world. Prior design, manual traditional methods used farms were investigated order take mechanical alternative. Of three alternatives proposed, it was decided as example alternative C, using sieve constant translational movement. designed help SOLIDWORKS software, allowing plans dimensions suitable its construction. A finite element analysis performed evaluate deformations loads will be subjected. The aims open new fields maximize income small farmers, taking advantage reduction labor pulping process.
